We are the first to offer this service across the UK and Europe once again and as can be seen in the

photograph above we have removed many seized, snapped, broken and damaged

Glow plugs or Heater Plugs from multiple engines of different vehicles.

As with our seized injector work we have devised techniques to remove these plugs regardless of the damage or seizure and only not succeeding on the rarest of occasions due to extreme circumstances or lack of access.

We also design and manufacture much of our own tooling to ensue once again that we remain the leaders in this

line of work as we have always been and always will be.

Attempts to remove this plug by the previous people caused considerable damage to it, this made our removal much more difficult but as the photo proves we still won the fight !!, Damage to the cylinder head was also caused but luckily for the customer it wasn't terminal for the head. Damage was also done to the securing thread but we repaired this before installing the new plug

The 2.2 litre ford transit is a very common job for us as many people attempt and fail to remove these plugs, as we have done so many we have an extremely high success rate on these engines.

As can be seen here sometimes the glow plug comes out leaving the very tip stuck in  !!

We can usually remove these without too much difficulty provided we can get sufficient access for us to work
